3. Conditions for Project-Specific Disclosure

Project-specific information may be shared only with qualified investors, strategic partners or professional advisers and may be subject to:

4. No Right to Receive Information

Access may be withdrawn at any time if:

• The recipient fails to comply with confidentiality requirements
• The relevant project owner, counterparty or adviser requires it
